I have had several facials by Kristen and have enjoyed them very much. I love the shoulder and neck massages and the warm towels. She really cleans my face and refreshes the skin well. She has a gentle yet firm touch which is very relaxing. Her room is quiet and calm so the whole experience is very restful. I recommend her highly and am looking forward to my next appointment.
